We made these chips last summer in salt and lemon-pepper flavors, and gave them out at the Farmers' Market. A lot of people said they don't like kale, but we made some converts with these yummy chips!
Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups Kale
Avocado or other oil
Seasoning to taste (salt, pepper, and/or or any other powdered seasoning)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
2. Rinse and thoroughly dry kale, then tear into small pieces. Add to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with oil and seasonings of choice.
3. Toss thoroughly to combine, using hands to distribute the oil and seasonings evenly.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Enjoy immediately! Best when fresh.
Try other seasonings, like parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, or even powdered salad dressing.
